Werkstudierende im Bereich Tools (m/w/d) in Unterföhring, Teilzeit.
Du hast ein Faible für technische Themen und zeichnest Dich durch einen strukturierten und gründlichen Arbeitsstil aus. Du verfügst über Pragmatismus, Eigeninitiative und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, Dienstleistern und Zulieferern. Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bringst mindestens zwölf Stunden pro Woche Zeit mit und suchst längerfristig eine Stelle. Du kannst regelmäßig in unser Büro nach Unterföhring kommen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung unserer Internal IT im Team Tools bei Hardwarebestellungen und Ausstattung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen
- Bearbeitung allgemeiner Supportanfragen (Reklamationen, Fehlerbehebung, Garantie)
- Koordination externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
- Mitarbeit in einem studentischen Team mit agiler Arbeitsweise
