Are you a seasoned leader and project manager with the ability to navigate and influence in a dynamic environment? Do you have a strong track record of leading organisations through significant cultural change?
We have an opportunity for an exceptional Project Manager to oversee the relocation of the Dogs Trust Head Office in London. This includes managing the sale of an owned building and refitting another to create an innovative, collaborative workspace aligned with the charity\’s culture. The role requires managing significant cultural change with strong business readiness activities.
About this job:
As Project Manager, you will own and drive project management delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget project completion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end office relocation, sale of London property, and associated cultural change, ensuring minimal disruption, effective employee communication, and cost-efficiency.
- Leading positive cultural change initiatives, partnering with People and Internal Communications teams to support new ways of working.
- Designing, developing, and implementing a digital document management system and collaborative tools to enhance hybrid working, involving stakeholders throughout the process and managing vendor selection.
- Building positive relationships to engage stakeholders, ensuring their involvement for optimal design and implementation outcomes, including reporting to trustees and senior stakeholders, and preparing communications and updates.
About you:
You will be a seasoned leader and project manager with experience in workplace strategy, cultural change, refurbishment, or relocation projects. You should hold a Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2, Agile PM, MSP, PMI, APM) and be an exceptional communicator and influencer, capable of building trust with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
