The Workforce Enablement CMS Lead will oversee our Content Management System (CMS), Salesforce Knowledgebase, and onboarding processes for our operations teams. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality assets, including Job Aids, FAQs, and self-serve training materials, to enhance workforce skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Taxonomy, and Project Management, with experience in Enablement tools, working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enablement Tools: Set up, configure (including governance), and manage Content Management Tools. Oversee content in LMS (360), Salesforce CMS, and Knowledgebase. Contribute to the assessment, selection, and ownership of Enablement Tools.
- Content Management: Manage the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure all materials are current, accessible, organized, and aligned with organizational goals. Ensure assets and communications align with International SOS brand & messaging standards.
- Workforce Onboarding: Collaborate with Learning & Development Managers to oversee LMS and onboarding processes, ensuring new team members have the resources and support needed to ramp up quickly.
- Asset Creation: Develop and maintain a library of high-quality Job Aids, FAQs, and training modules to support continuous learning. Apply best practices in Instructional Design & Adult Learning Theory to create engaging learning experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders from Quality, Clinical, Operations, Digital Innovation, Data Analytics, and Business Process Management to identify content needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
About you
- Solid understanding of Salesforce & Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience managing Salesforce Content or Salesforce CRM Content libraries.
- Proficiency in creating, curating, and managing high-quality content, including documents, images, and multimedia.
- Experience integrating content management systems with Salesforce and LMS.
- 5+ years in instructional design or sales/learning enablement.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools.
