We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Time Tracking and Absence Consultant to join our client on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday's Time Tracking and Absence Management modules to meet the needs of their internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on consultant to shape and enhance time tracking and absence solutions that support operational efficiency and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules in alignment with business requirements.
- Analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and provide innovative solutions within Workday.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business units to ensure seamless integration of Workday Time Tracking and Absence functionalities.
- Lead and participate in the testing of new system functionality and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and deliver timely resolutions for both internal teams and external clients.
- Train end-users and key stakeholders on Workday time tracking and absence features.
- Monitor and manage system performance to ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features, recommending optimizations to ensure our organization benefits from the latest functionalities.
- Provide documentation and reporting as needed for audits, system reviews, and training purposes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant, specifically in Time Tracking and Absence Management.
- Proven experience in configuring, testing, and supporting Workday solutions for time tracking, absence, and related modules.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, particularly time tracking, attendance, and leave management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage system implementations or enhancements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management is a plus but not required.
