Workday HCM - Functional Lead

Role description: This role will implement the Workday HCM solution globally, supporting WPP’s deployment efforts. It is essential to have a resource located closer to the WPP team in the UK.

Key responsibilities:

1. Leading the discussion of pre-defined global HCM templates and global solutions for requirements gathering.
2. Leading workshops to contribute to design discussions.
3. Collaborating with the HCM solution architect in the UK and the team in India to agree on the solution and ensure delivery meets requirements.
4. Coordinating with the agency POC and test team to complete testing scope (first point of contact for any solution questions).
5. Aligning with other workstream leads.

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

1. Experience in leading discussions on global HCM templates and solutions for requirements gathering.
2. Proven ability to lead workshops for design discussions.
3. Experience collaborating with architects and teams across different regions.
4. Ability to coordinate testing efforts and act as a point of contact for solution inquiries.
