Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with programme teams and system integration (SI) partners to enhance people and system processes, specializing in HCM or Financials.
  • Provide expertise in architectural, technical, design, and implementation solutions, leading workshops and capturing key outputs.
  • Document business requirements, system specifications, and change initiatives with precision, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, third-party suppliers, and SI teams to drive system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Support and lead testing activities, ensuring accurate issue tracking and resolution.
  • Effectively communicate technical and process-related information to support decision-making and implementation.

Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Cloud in HR, Payroll, Finance, Workforce Planning, and/or Analytics & Reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams effectively.
  • Experience in documenting functional specifications for system enhancements and regulatory changes.
  • Background in test development and support for internal and external users.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, issue tracking software, and ITSM tools.
  • Previous Oracle ERP experience (e-Business or Fusion), including TOM mapping and data migration.
  • Experience in a shared services environment.
  • Leadership experience in small projects, releases, or implementations.
  • Understanding of project methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, SAFe, and tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of integration components such as PenServer and HMRC compliance systems.
