Wood Machinist Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Wood Machinist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The working hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates should have experience with all fixed woodworking machines.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in bench joinery and demonstrate proficiency with woodworking machinery.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Experience

• Wood Machining: 5 years (required)
• Bench Joinery: 5 years (required)

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing joinery products including:

• Fitted and freestanding furniture
• Sash and casement windows
• Doors
• Reception desks
• Screens

Job Details

• Part-time hours: 40 hours per week
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
• Salary: £15.00 – £20.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience
