- Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Design and Implementation: Develop and implement Wintel architecture strategies and frameworks that meet business needs and compliance requirements. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Windows-based solutions, including Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization platforms. Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and associated infrastructure.
- System Management and Optimization: Monitor and manage the performance, reliability, and availability of the Wintel environment. Implement optimization strategies to improve system performance, scalability, and resource utilization. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies and practices to safeguard the Wintel infrastructure. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA). Collaborate with the security team to address vulnerabilities and manage security incidents.
- Project Management: Lead Wintel-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Prepare project documentation, including status reports and post-implementation reviews.
- Innovation and Strategy: Stay updated with the latest Windows and Intel technologies, trends, and best practices. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance the Wintel infrastructure and support organizational growth. Develop and maintain long-term infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.

Requirements:
