Role Overview:
- Provide technical support for wind projects and ensure business assurance.
- Lead the wind engineering and technology team.
- Support projects at all stages: development, construction, and operations.
- Involvement in mergers and acquisitions related to wind assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and develop a team of wind experts. Ensure team adherence to management processes and standards.
- Technical Support: Offer guidance throughout project lifecycles. Share knowledge across departments.
- Turbine Management: Enhance capabilities in turbine health monitoring and diagnostics. Oversee turbine selection, inspection, and commissioning. Lead technical negotiations for turbine supply and maintenance.
- Project and Risk Management: Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments for wind projects. Support early-phase turbine performance review. Develop budget assumptions (DEVEX, CAPEX, OPEX).
Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical, aeronautical engineering or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in Wind projects covering the whole lifecycle.
