Job Description

Purpose: Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our team in Chester. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 plus non-contractual sales commission. Our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Details:

• This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 4 hours per week.
• Ideal candidates have energy, drive, and passion for working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
• You should have a positive attitude towards customer service, work well in a team, handle the fast-paced shop floor, and work calmly under pressure.

Key Activities

• Approaching customers and providing helpful product information.
• Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complementary products.
• Collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Replenishing stock to ensure shelves are full.
• Processing stock deliveries promptly.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Performing additional duties as required.
