If yes, this role is for you. As part of our Elevation strategy, we are investing £100M into digital growth to improve customer experience and support online expansion. You will be part of our commercial team, working on various aspects of the product lifecycle, including trend analysis, new product sourcing, stock management, and online and in-store product presentation. This is an opportunity to own a product category and develop a commercial strategy for future growth.

Salary: £22,000 plus a 20% discount across all group brands and Everlast Gyms

Start date: Immediate, with ongoing intakes throughout 2021 and 2022

Location: Shirebrook HQ

Responsibilities:

  • Expand existing categories by introducing new products and building relationships with brands like Nike, Under Armour, Calvin Klein, and Hugo Boss.
  • Meet with established and emerging brands to discover new categories.
  • Analyze market trends to stay ahead in online buying.
  • Develop digital innovations within online purchasing and across the business.
  • Coordinate with teams to optimize sales based on consumer purchasing trends.
  • Review top-performing products and maximize their potential through stock and marketing strategies.
  • Keep product catalogues updated, removing discontinued items and refreshing content as needed.
  • Analyze product performance and adjust ordering budgets accordingly.
