Job Description:

Absolute Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor / Manager. Previous experience is not essential however some form of supervisory skills will be essential.

The ideal candidate will need to have a valid Counter balance license, and have experience working within a warehouse before. Potential for growth within the company after a qualifying period.

Key Responsibilities:

· To receive goods in, identify materials and rack/store these items safely and efficiently

· To annotate stock allocations of components to be used for jobs

· To pick and pack units according to instructions for despatch

· To produce accurate and timely documentation as required

· To ensure stock is easily locatable, countable, consolidated and identified

· To maintain high levels of Health & Safety standards

· To keep work area clean and tidy

· To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

· To achieve and surpass targets and job standards as established

· To supervise the day-to-day tasks of the warehouse operatives

Key Attributes:

· Requires repetitive light, medium and occasionally heavy lifting

· Adaptable and flexible with a good attention to detail

· Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a strict attention to detail

· Good standards of numeracy, communication, and house-keeping

· Conscientious, organised, methodical and enthusiastic

Basic Requirements:

• Numerate and literate
• Valid Counter Balance Licence
