Warehouse Operative

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure loading and unloading of products strictly follow the company\’s policies and procedures.
2. Complete the correct documentation for all inbound and dispatch loads.
3. Report any trailer or MHE faults according to company procedures and ensure VOR vehicles are placed in designated areas.
4. Remain vigilant to ensure goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
5. Ensure dispatched loads are properly secured before leaving the loading bay.
6. Maintain standards required to meet the company\’s productivity targets.
7. Carry out all practices and procedures safely, in line with the company\’s Health & Safety policy, SSOWs, and HACCP regulations, and challenge colleagues who fail to adhere to these rules.
8. Receive, record, and notify customer returns to the appropriate Stock Controller.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment.
• Experience in environments where meeting deadlines and quality standards are critical.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable nature.
• Positive \’can do\’ attitude.
