VP of Global Operations

• Be a key contributor and focal point for operations within the Executive team, attending Executive team meetings, updating and advising the business accordingly. Approach business challenges from a macro level and resolve issues with commercial acumen and strategic insight.
• Manage the financial aspects of supply chain operations, including P+L responsibility and quarterly and annual budgeting processes.
• Ensure the validity of pricing and bring contract negotiation with suppliers to the forefront to optimize costs.
• Evaluate and integrate acquired businesses into the supply chain operations.
• Ensure all supplier contracts are compliant, properly executed, and consider all cost variables.
• Develop and meet inventory goals, aiming to optimize cash flow and stock holding, considering product lead-times and inventory turn rates.
• Develop a global logistics distribution infrastructure that supports the customer base and delivers cost-effectively and efficiently.
• Review, analyze, and suggest ways to reduce supply chain costs, improve margins, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality.
• Take a strategic lead with the Far East in developing and executing the company\’s sourcing strategy.
