Job Description
As VP Customer Success:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and onboarding.
- Lead, manage and expand the CS department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Manage customer success activities and track their effectiveness.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer within the company.
- Drive customer success outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reducing churn.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B Software or IT solutions in the Manufacturing sector.
- Have a background working in SME, high-growth technology businesses.
- Experience leading global Customer Success teams.
- Proven leadership in managing remote teams.
- Experience with onboarding, client integration, and ongoing customer optimization and growth.
- Background in developing and implementing global customer success strategies.
- Customer-centric, data-driven, with a focus on commercial growth.
- Able to work remotely and based in the UK or Europe.
