Job Description

As VP Customer Success:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and onboarding.
  • Lead, manage and expand the CS department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyse customer data to improve customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Manage customer success activities and track their effectiveness.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer within the company.
  • Drive customer success outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reducing churn.
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B Software or IT solutions in the Manufacturing sector.
  • Have a background working in SME, high-growth technology businesses.
  • Experience leading global Customer Success teams.
  • Proven leadership in managing remote teams.
  • Experience with onboarding, client integration, and ongoing customer optimization and growth.
  • Background in developing and implementing global customer success strategies.
  • Customer-centric, data-driven, with a focus on commercial growth.
  • Able to work remotely and based in the UK or Europe.
