Major Accountabilities:
- Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
- Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
- Deliver total customer satisfaction throughout the end-to-end customer journey
- Help ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
