At Carnivore Style, we are looking for a results-driven Virtual Recruiter to attract and onboard qualified personnel to fill our job openings.
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: $4,700 – $6,700 per month (based on experience)
Position Overview: The responsibilities of a Virtual Recruiter include sourcing potential candidates through online channels, conducting virtual interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, superb communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect job. Ultimately, the Virtual Recruiter should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract suitable candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews via video conferencing tools.
- Create and post job ads on career websites, newspapers, and university boards.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for roles.
- Evaluate resumes and applications.
- Manage the hiring paperwork.
- Prepare regular reports on your recruiting activity.
- Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Implement strategies to improve employee retention.
Ideal Profile Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant certification.
