We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to oversee all aspects of life at our prestigious Retirement Village in Bristol. This is a 24/7, 365-day operation, and you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care, support, and hospitality while leading a multi-disciplined team to success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, develop, and motivate a team across both clinical and non-clinical departments
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day running of the Village, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Resident & Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with leaseholders and tenants, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain and uphold the high standards for which we are renowned, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Financial & KPI Management: Drive business performance, achieve targets, and enhance the Village’s reputation

  • Proven experience in managing a care home, retirement village, or similar hospitality/healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
