SCOPE OF ROLE
The Film Post Production team crafts compelling, innovative, and informative films for distribution across Burberry\’s diverse channels.
PURPOSE
The Film Coordinator will engage in a variety of creative projects, spanning E-commerce, Campaigns, Events, Corporate, and Internal Communications films. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Film Post Production, this role is pivotal in driving quality and efficiency within the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and coordinate edit, VFX, and Grade resources for centrally managed projects.
- Facilitate workflow and collate feedback from Creative teams, aligning timelines with project stakeholders.
- Ensure timely communication of daily \’At Risk\’ and status reports to stakeholders through Project management workflow tools.
- Provide technical feedback on film treatments when necessary, actively contributing to asset development.
- Manage versioning of master assets or outsource adaptation tasks.
- Oversee quality control and timely delivery of final Film assets across the organization.
- Ensure proper management and archival of finished assets across Film server and FrameIO.
- Monitor team timesheets and assist in submitting PO requests for projects.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues affecting team performance.
- Streamline workflow to optimize creative processes within Film Post Production.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Art Direction, Photo Studio, Production, IT, and Image Post Production teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background in Communication and Media Studies.
- Proficiency in Information Technology/Multimedia.
- Experience or training in Photography, Film, or Television.
EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in a fast-paced studio environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the fashion industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in software such as Nuke, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects is essential.
- Understanding of DaVinci Resolve Suite and the Color Grade process is advantageous.
