Job Description:

We have partnered exclusively with a European Real Estate investor to appoint a Vice President to lead origination efforts across multiple strategies including Residential, Commercial, Life Sciences and Hospitality.

THE ROLE:

1. Support deal origination and build and maintain good relationships with real estate developers, investors, and other real estate market participants such as surveyors and valuers.
2. Lead deal execution and initiate the procedure of credit approval and deal closing.
3. Initiate market research, cash flow analysis, site inspections, structuring, preparing term sheets, and documentation processes to support real estate-related transactions.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance or any related disciplines.
2. 6-8 years’ relevant experience in real estate finance.
3. Existing relationships with fund & sponsor clients is a plus.
4. Track record of deal origination and execution.
