Vice President Real Estate

We have partnered exclusively with a European Real Estate investor to appoint a Vice President to lead origination efforts across multiple strategies including Residential, Commercial, Life Sciences and Hospitality.

THE ROLE:

1. Support deal origination and build and maintain good relationships with real estate developers, investors, and other real estate market participants such as surveyors and valuers.
2. Lead deal execution and initiate procedures of credit approval and deal closing.
3. Initiate market research, cash flow analysis, site inspections, structuring, and prepare term sheets and documentation to support real estate transactions.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor\’s Degree with a major in Finance or related disciplines.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in real estate finance.
• Existing relationships with fund & sponsor clients are a plus.
• Track record of deal origination and execution.
