Job Description:
The Role
You will manage the assigned commercial/office portfolio in the United Kingdom and Ireland and be responsible for overall positioning of assets, the enhancement of cash flow and asset value.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the performance of the assigned commercial/office portfolio.
- Deliver sustainable and consistent returns to stakeholders and drive portfolio performance through effective marketing, as well as property and asset management plans.
- Formulate and drive effective business strategies to stabilize and grow the current portfolio.
- Formulate market entry/exit strategies to ensure higher returns upon disposition.
- Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the business portfolio and work closely with colleagues from different support functions in London and Singapore to meet strategic, investment, and operational business objectives of the Group.
- Provide regular reporting to the Senior Management team in Amsterdam and Singapore, and the relevant Investment Committees.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Good sector knowledge of office real estate in the United Kingdom.
- Operationally hands-on with sound financial grounding and skills.
- Analytical mind and strong business development skills.
- Highly driven and results-oriented, with strong initiative and excellent communication skills to work in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment.
