We are looking to recruit a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) who will provide a high standard of customer service and clinical care, promote pet wellbeing, and support the clinical team.

The role involves supporting the hospital team by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, assisting with animal handling, working at reception, and supporting Veterinary nurses and Surgeons. The VCA may also encourage financial contributions from clients occasionally.

Depending on hospital needs, Veterinary Care Assistants work full or part-time hours. This role is an excellent starting point for a career in veterinary practice.

About You: Candidates must have a Veterinary Care Assistant Level 2 diploma or equivalent, be highly self-motivated, and possess good customer service skills. A minimum age of 18 years is required due to shift patterns.
