  4. Guide software developers: provide insights on usability and performance to help develop effective in-house software solutions to aid aerodynamic analyses.

Professionalism

  1. Foster continuous improvement, identify areas for refinement in workflow, tools, and methodologies to enhance team effectiveness.
  2. Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.
  3. Work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department / Team / sponsors.

  2. At least four years’ experience in F1 or automotive motorsports aerodynamics.
  3. Expertise in low-speed aerodynamic theory and experimental aerodynamics.
  4. Strong multitasking, organisational, and communication skills.
  5. Appreciation for scientific computing.
  6. Data and performance driven, with a deadline-focused mindset.
