Surveyor – Commercial Valuation

Location: London

Salary: £35k – £40k base plus car and bonus

My client is a multi-practice firm of Chartered Surveyors with 30 regional offices and over 1,000 employees. They are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to cover commercial valuations. The commercial valuations team is one of the fastest-growing within the company, so this is an exciting time to join.

They have extensive experience in providing the following services:

  • Retail Valuation
  • Office Valuation
  • Mixed-Use Valuation

The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer. My client is looking for someone who has valuation experience and is also driven to network and business develop.
