Responsible for the design of our digital products and services. UX Designers are at the apex of problem solving; utilising research and testing methods, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders alike, to realise the best solution for both the end user and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate and design ideas for strategic projects and product developments.
- Participate in user research and leverage user analytics to gauge the usability of new and existing products/features, with the ability to analyse and predict user behaviour.
- Use inputs from multiple sources to understand and empathise with customers and team members’ needs, to create effective and innovative customer and user journeys.
- Participate in team iteration planning, refinement, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to help understand and define customer value.
- Design and test UI elements such as menus, CTAs, banners, page layouts, flows, and landing pages on web and mobile platforms.

- Time on task, Customer Satisfaction, Task Success Rate, User Error Rates.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record within UX and UI visual design.
- A/B testing experience.
- Experience ensuring all designs are in keeping with our brand guidelines and are accessibility compliant.
- Track record transforming business requirements, data points, and user needs into creative solutions that meet strategic goals.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methods and teams.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: AdobeXD, Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on business objectives.
Training requirements for the role:
- Experience with broader quantitative experimentation strategies.
- Awareness and understanding of how experimentation factors commercially to the business.
- Broader understanding of product strategy.
