A little bit about the role?
- Lead, manage and motivate a Team Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Alongside the General Sales Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met.
- Monitor and manage stock.
- Lead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes.
- Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
- Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.
What you will bring:
- A proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand.
- In-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management.
- Result and Target driven.
- The ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long lasting relationships.
- The ability to guide, coach and motivate your team on a daily basis.
