You will work closely with senior operational stakeholders and underwriters to drive operational objectives, enhance efficiency, and ensure proactive service delivery. Additionally, you will develop expertise in core business systems supporting the group\’s underwriting processes.

The successful candidate will monitor the performance of a small team of underwriting assistants, assist in their professional development, and oversee their daily work.

Ideally, candidates will have experience in underwriting and operations or have worked closely with both divisions and are eager to build a career in underwriting operations while managing a small team.
