As a Technology Advisory Analyst at Wavestone, you will typically support Wavestone engagement teams and our clients by conducting research, building deliverables, helping run workshops, gathering information and requirements, as well as working alongside the client stakeholders to ensure a smooth running of projects. You will work across multiple domains, including:

  • Technology Strategy: Assisting clients in building their technology strategy, optimizing their IT capabilities, improving service delivery, managing critical transformation efforts in mergers & acquisitions, and promoting sustainability.
  • Architecture: Helping clients manage technical debt, modernize platforms, build architecture approach, and provide architecture assurance to optimize operating models and performance.
  • Sourcing: Helping clients design, implement, and optimize their IT supply chain by designing effective sourcing approaches, enabling key partnerships, and establishing procurement best practices.
  • Change: Driving delivery of complex technology initiatives through effective project and portfolio management, offering programme assurance and recovery, and enabling agile best practices.
  • Risk: Supporting clients in navigating their complex operational risk landscape by designing impactful risk and controls strategy, establishing a culture of risk, and providing risk and controls assurance.
  • Data and AI: Helping clients drive value out of their data assets and adopt AI confidently and responsibly.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with project leads and clients to solve business challenges.
  • Support the execution of project workstreams and project management activities.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to deliver insights and support client projects.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and market developments.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance consulting skills.
  • Embody our values and act as a responsible ambassador of Wavestone.
  • Contribute to various internal activities meaningfully to build your network and enhance Wavestone’s presence in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree. We are open to receiving applications from recent graduates as well as people with 1-2 years work experience who have the motivation to build a career in consulting.
  • Natural curiosity about how to solve business problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, and work independently, when needed.
  • Ability to foster relationships, build trust, and work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data analysis tools is a plus).
  • You need to be eligible to live and work in the UK at the point of joining. Wavestone does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
