We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Technology Practice as a UX/UI Designer/Developer.

The role:

1. Proactively monitor and improve the user experience on our portal.
2. Support Front and Middle Office teams with real-time technical assistance for traders and clients.
3. Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
4. Identify, diagnose, and resolve design and technical issues, documenting actions taken.
5. Log and track all issues and changes to completion.
6. Engage with the team to review processes, share insights, and promote efficiency and personal growth.
7. Update procedural documents, including design guidelines and UI specifications.
8. Assist in producing management reports and test documentation.
9. Maintain contact information for clients and vendors.
10. Manage client onboarding and vendor implementation processes.
11. Collaborate with Compliance and Risk departments.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong UX/UI design and development skills.
• Experience with portal UI redesign projects.
• Experience in IT Support/Networking within Trading/Financial Services is a plus.
• Interest in a career in Financial Services/Technology.
• Quick learner, proactive, and inquisitive.
• Committed to learning and skill development.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
