We are looking for a Tunnelling Information and Data Manager to join our HS2 jv team in London.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the data and information flow (manually generated and IT) across the tunnelling teams including collection, documentation and reporting.
- Manage the use of the PiP (Power BI) dashboard and ensure that all assets are operating consistently.
- Liaise with the necessary internal and external suppliers.
- Monitor and check the accuracy of the data flow/integration from TPC to PiP.
- Oversee the recording of information from daily production meetings and planning meetings from the PiP and other sources to produce reports, information, and data.
- Attend and monitor the site collaboration meetings ensuring a standardized approach.
- Evolve the current lessons learnt capture opportunities and sharing platforms.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in analysing and interpreting data.
- Understanding of the potential of Power BI dashboards and have IT fluency.
- A process-focused mind with a proven ability to solve problems.
- First-class presentation skills both verbal and written.
- As a minimum, a basic understanding of tunnelling both SCL and TBMs.
Ideally qualified to a minimum of HNC level in either commercial, IT or any other STEM background.
