What You Can Expect

As a Sales Representative, you will help achieve sales targets for your territory and represent the company professionally. Your responsibilities include building relationships with healthcare professionals, adhering to company policies, and exceeding sales and turnover goals while maintaining profitability through proper pricing strategies.

How You\’ll Create Impact

  • Sell exclusively the company\’s products as directed by management strategies.
  • Develop close relationships with orthopedic surgeons and allied personnel.
  • Provide or facilitate training on Zimmer products, without assisting in surgical procedures.
  • Follow up on leads and visits promptly.
  • Adhere to sales strategies under the guidance of your Sales Manager.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products.
  • Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and training as required.
  • Care for samples and instrumentation responsibly.
  • Assist with stock checks of instrumentation and stocks as needed.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in medical device sales.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Knowledge of the product portfolio.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Minimum \’A\’ level education or equivalent; a business degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the local territory and hospital personnel.

Your Background

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation, relationship, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally internationally.
  • Valid UK driving license.
