Job Title: Transition Manager – Business Service Centre
Reports to: Transformation Director / Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager to lead the successful transition of Finance processes to a Business Service Centre (BSC) as part of a global Finance Transformation program. Experience working for a large global corporate is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage transition plans for moving functions to the BSC.
- Engage with senior leadership and global teams to align transition strategies.
- Oversee documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to the BSC team.
- Identify risks, manage change, and drive continuous improvement to ensure smooth transitions and business continuity.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in transition management or setting up BSCs.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in change management and process migration.
- Background in Finance & Accounting with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working for a large global corporate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
