Transformation Lead

Transformation Lead

London Full-Time No home office possible
T

We\’re looking for a Transformation Lead to work on public sector agile transformations. We\’re partnering with other consultancies on £ multi-million transformations, based out of London, Portsmouth, and Bristol. The work is hybrid (3 days/week onsite), so you will need to be prepared to spend that time on a site in one of those locations. (Please note, if you are planning to stay overnight in hotels etc to accommodate this, that will have to be at your own expense).

We\’re ideally looking for Transformation leaders with a varied background. Public sector is ideal, but we\’re looking for people who can add to our culture, so if you\’ve got other backgrounds (e.g., banking finance, pharma, manufacturing, etc.) then so much the better. What\’s as important is that you have a consultant mentality. That\’s to say you\’re prepared to use your highly developed influencing skills right at the very top levels of government, as well as be prepared to carry out team-level coaching. You need to have the mindset of actively taking ownership of issues and coming up with solutions. You\’ll also need to be able to demonstrate skills and experience of the following:

  1. Change management
  2. Leading/driving transformations
  3. Driving outcomes
  4. (Ideally) organisational refactoring

Due to the nature of the assignments, we are looking for candidates who are (ideally) currently security-cleared, or else are easily clearable.

Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor work visas for this role.

This is a permanent position employed directly by Lithe Consulting Ltd, working with our business partners on their work sites. We\’re offering a salary of £90-£95k. If the idea of making government more efficient is appealing, please apply!
