Job Title: Transaction Services Manager

Join our dynamic team within the Transaction Services line of Deal Advisory. We collaborate with organizations of all sizes, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions activities. As a Manager, you will guide clients through deal planning and execution, focusing on value creation and enhancement.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to support various clients or sector-specific projects.
2. Apply analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and develop tailored solutions for clients.
3. Take ownership of cost management, reporting, monitoring recovery rates against budget, and invoicing.
4. Lead large sections or full work streams from end-to-end, collaborating across business areas to serve as a trusted advisor.
5. Conduct robust financial analysis and review team outputs to ensure quality.
6. Act as a primary point of contact for clients and advisors daily.
7. Lead and operate effectively within high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
8. Identify implications of due diligence findings and translate them into actionable client recommendations.
9. Deliver direct advice and insights to clients, demonstrating technical expertise.
10. Adapt flexibly to evolving project requirements and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
11. Manage upwards and ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
12. Support, coach, develop, and inspire junior team members.
