We are looking for ambitious and competitive Trainee consultants who are interested in working in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to rapidly increase their earnings and progress into more senior positions. Year 1 OTE £35,000, Year 2 OTE £50,000, Year 3 OTE £80,000+.

The role:

  • Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
  • Screening CV's and conducting initial interviews
  • Sales calls and meetings
  • Providing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the process
