What You Will Receive as a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Northampton
- £25,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Company Car
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Your Training Journey
Your journey as a Property Manager begins with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location

How You Will Make an Impact
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
- Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
- Handling deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventory reports
