Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. The formation and ongoing administration of a complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures.
  2. Preparation of minutes, resolutions and correspondence, coordinating the timely execution of documentation, attending to statutory filings in accordance with applicable deadlines, maintaining statutory records.
  3. Processing of bank payments to settle fund expenses, reconciliation of payment logs and approvals.
  4. Production and circulation of invoices, fee collection, and chasing debtors.
  5. Maintain accurate investor records on ViewPoint and Investran and process investor changes and transfers of interest.
  6. Process and coordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
  7. Proactively take on and support additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by your manager or clients.
  8. Supervise and assist in the training of Trainee Administrators and provide feedback and identify any additional training needs to your direct manager.
  9. Absolute devotion to data integrity with attention to detail in all activity, with particular focus on utilizing the systems to their maximum potential to drive efficiency and client service.
  10. Support an ‘Ogier Best Way’ ethos across the team through rigorous process analysis to drive alignment and consistency.
  11. Contribute towards the business as a whole in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures, and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures, including those related to the prevention of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing and reporting of suspicious activity or transactions, client due diligence, and record keeping.
  13. Undertake any project work as required, undertaking initiatives identified and designated from time to time by your direct Manager.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  1. Strong academic background.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Working knowledge of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in using ViewPoint and Investran would be an advantage.
  4. Responsive and client-focused with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative.
  5. Must be committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves, their clients, and their team.
