A leading international law firm is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate specialising in trade and export finance to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance practice based in London. Our client boasts an impressive reputation both in the UK and internationally.

The role will entail advising a diverse client portfolio on trade and export finance transactions, encompassing the production, transportation, and sale of commodities, in addition to receivables financing and invoice discounting transactions. The incoming Senior Associate will play a crucial role in assisting the Partners to develop the trade and export finance practice of the firm, thereby gaining increased responsibilities and client exposure.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of PQE gained at a leading City firm or major international outfit
• Experience in trade and export finance transactions
• Strong academic background and stable career record
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-quality work
