You will be working for a global advertising company based in Central London, leading the market with performance-based advertising solutions. This company operates across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America, offering an exciting international opportunity.
Your New Role
You will collaborate with the HR International Total Rewards Team, supporting their Global Reward Programme and assisting with all aspects of the Total Rewards Framework, including compensation structures, short-term and long-term incentive programs.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Rewards framework, compensation structures, and LTIP.
- Collect and analyze data from HR systems and other sources to create reports on reward programs, trends, and participation.
- Work with internal and external partners and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain reward data in partnership with other teams.
- Assist in international Total Rewards initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Total Rewards, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Extensive knowledge of Reward & Compensation practices within a global matrix organization.
- Knowledge of employee benefits, with experience in alignment and harmonization across multiple countries.
- Numerical skills and proficiency in technical tools, including advanced Excel (V-Lookups, PivotTables).
- Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Modules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing effectively under pressure.
What You’ll Get in Return
You will receive a base salary of up to £80,000 (DOE) along with benefits such as bonuses and private healthcare. The role is based in Central London with a flexible and hybrid working policy.
