Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute vertical-specific go-to-market (GTM) plans, across all data advertising, programmatic, viewership audiences and CTV verticals – across various platforms.
- Develop positioning, sales enablement, and customer-facing information to help the sales team successfully sell our products.
- Serve as an evangelist for TiVo Monetization solutions through identification of thought leadership themes and syndication at events, digital, PR, working with SMEs/TLs on producing content such as white papers, webinars, executive summaries, case studies and more.
- Translate understanding of market trends, customer needs and competitive position to develop differentiated positioning for TiVo.
- Maintain and distribute up-to-date competitive intelligence to field and channel sales teams.
- Create and maintain concise messaging that resonates with prospective customers.
- Utilize data-driven insights to create precise audience segments for ad targeting, leveraging data from first-party, third-party, and contextual sources to ensure the delivery of relevant ads to the right audience.
- Track and analyze effective tactics within specific communities, aggregate goal and performance data, and report results to the team to identify best practices and maximize sales impact. Conduct post-mortem analyses on key campaigns to evaluate performance against KPIs.
- Provide support and strategic planning for industry and corporate events within TiVo’s Monetization and Sales teams, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.
- Take responsibility for project timelines and program deadlines, ensuring all projects are executed within or under budget. Maintain budget and campaign calendar.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in CTV, OEM OS, Advertising Platforms, or related field.
- Well-versed in digital and linear advertising, including hands-on experience with programmatic data.
- Proven ability to partner with product and sales teams across different regions and countries.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and executing them strongly while working under tight deadlines.
- Technical understanding of AdTech workflow, with data-led decision making and analytical skills.
- Ability to create sales materials, whitepapers, and other related documents.
- A background in other forms of marketing is a plus, including customer relationship marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, field marketing, and campaign creation/execution, as well as technical marketing.
- Experienced in transforming complex data into effective campaigns and solutions that address challenges and align with business objectives and user needs.
- Strong ability to partner with and work across departments within the company to accomplish results.
- Proficient public speaking skills and great physical presentations delivery.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification:
- BA degree or equivalent advertising work experience strongly preferred.

- The ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and cross-culturally with all levels of management, vendors, clients, and talent.
- Must possess the ability to work well under time constraints and pressure, with a start-up mentality from strategy to execution.
- A “self-starter” who can also work in a group project environment, handling multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn new technologies and trends are a must.
