Pay and Hours

Our Shift Leader rate starts from £13.28/hour, increasing to £14.01 inside the M25 (excluding London Boroughs), and £14.21 within Inner London. Additional payments may apply based on location and skills.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We schedule shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks\’ notice. We support flexibility if your availability closely matches the required times.
