Pay and Hours

Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour; £15.97/hour inside M25. Additional payments may apply.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours/week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to accommodate your availability.

Role Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with variety
• Manage duty shifts and coordinate the team to ensure a clean, stocked store
• Assist customers and ensure they leave satisfied
• Improve service through coaching and feedback
• Support colleagues and maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor store performance and assist in improvements
