Pay Rate: Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour; increases to £15.97 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling within the specified availability windows and will give 3 weeks\’ notice of shifts.

As a Shift Leader, you will:

• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with variety
• Manage duty shifts and coordinate the team to maintain a clean, stocked store
• Assist customers and ensure they leave satisfied
• Coach colleagues and provide feedback to improve service
• Support store safety and colleague wellbeing
• Monitor store performance and assist in implementing improvements
• Lead by example and motivate your team
