Pay Rate: Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour; increases to £15.97/hour inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to accommodate flexibility in scheduling.

As a Shift Leader, you\’ll support store operations, oversee team performance, and enhance customer experience. Your role involves managing shifts, supporting colleagues, ensuring safety, and improving store performance. You\’ll lead by example and strive to make a positive impact daily.

• Ensuring store cleanliness, stock levels, and customer satisfaction
• Providing excellent customer service and feedback to colleagues
• Supporting store safety and performance improvements
• Leading by example and motivating team members
