Pay and Hours

Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work as few as 12 hours if preferred. We will schedule your shifts within the specified availability windows and provide three weeks\’ notice for your schedule. We are flexible and open to candidates whose availability closely matches our needs.

Role Overview

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you\’ll support store operations, help customers, and lead your team to ensure smooth running of the store. This role offers diverse challenges and the opportunity to make a positive impact on customers, colleagues, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment, managing duty shifts and team coordination
• Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and exceeds customer expectations
• Assist customers, listen to their needs, and help them leave satisfied
• Identify areas for service improvement, coach colleagues, and provide feedback
• Support colleagues to maintain a safe working and shopping environment
• Monitor store performance and collaborate with managers on improvement actions
• Lead by example and set a positive example for your team
