Pay rate: Starting from £14.76 per hour, increasing to £15.97 in stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to accommodate your availability as closely as possible.

Role Overview

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you will support store operations, oversee the team, and ensure excellent customer service. Your role involves managing shifts, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a safe, efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment with variety
• Manage duty shifts, coordinate team efforts, and ensure a well-stocked store
• Assist customers and ensure they leave satisfied
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve service
• Support colleagues and maintain a safe shopping and working environment
• Monitor store performance and assist in implementing improvements
• Lead by example and set a positive tone for the team
