Availability Window

Days: Sun 04:30 – 24:00, Mon 04:30 – 24:00, Tue 04:30 – 24:00, Fri 04:30 – 24:00, Sat 04:30 – 24:00

Pay and Hours

Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 inside the M25, with additional payments depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We support flexible scheduling within the advertised availability windows.

Role Summary

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you\’ll support store operations, oversee team activities, and ensure excellent customer service. Your role involves managing shifts, supporting colleagues, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive shopping environment.
