Pay Rate

Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling within the advertised availability windows and will provide 3 weeks\’ notice for shifts.
