Pay and Hours

Our Post Office colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to schedule your hours within your available times, with 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We support flexibility, so if your availability closely matches but not exactly the advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.
